Technical Support Specialist Location: Alcobendas, Madrid, Spain We are looking for a Live Casino Technical Support Specialist to help install, maintain, and monitor technical equipment in our studios. This role is ideal for junior or mid-level candidates who are hands-on, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Install and remove studio equipment following instructions and safety guidelines. - Maintain studio technical equipment and ensure everything works properly. - Monitor cameras, audio, lighting, and other systems during operations. - Prepare studio setups, including panels and technical arrangements. - Install and maintain cables (low and high voltage). - Support sound system and basic acoustic setup. - Assist with additional technical tasks assigned by the manager.
