We have a variety of internship opportunities across different functions and from day 1 you will be involved in all main projects and contribute for brands and business growth. You might be the one we are looking for if… - You recently finished a University Degree (last year or recent completion) - You have strong communication and analytical skills - You are proactive and autonomous , willing to learn and passionate about marketing and sales - You are fluent in both English and Spanish - You have European Work Permit We are looking for young talent to join our company in different positions. It is also a chance to become part of Mondelez talent pool of interns : a high majority of our junior opportunities are filled by our previous interns!  - Place of work : Madrid - Beginning : January – March 2027 (depending on the position) - Duration : 12 months (6 months + 6 months agreement) - Training: You will enroll in 2 training courses from a Business School. - Buddy: You will have a buddy that will support your manager to ensure your get the most of your experience with us. - Scholarship help : 1000€ - Advantages : Flexible working, reduced schedule on Fridays and summer reduced schedule Our application process: - It’s a generic recruitment process – you will apply to join Mondelēz and you will be guided to the most suitable position based on your skills. - Application – you will complete a simple online application , submit your CV in English (optional cover letter in English). - Screening - if you meet the basic requirements, we’ll invite you to complete an online assessment , in one week from your application date (you have 5 days to complete the assessment); make sure you check both the inbox and spam folders. - Assessment Center - we’ll invite you to Madrid offices to solve a business case and role play.
