Descripción de puesto: Accountabilities: · To ensure that S&S Organization complies with the regulations and standards in force in order to keep both civil and military certifications. · To define, document and maintain an efficient quality assurance system to monitor that AHE S&S Organizations comply with EASA and DGAM (Military Aviation Authority) requirements. · To be AHE’s focal point with the local Spanish-NQAR (S-NQAR) in the frame of military contracts. Main Responsibilities • To manage civil and military approvals: EASA Part 145, CAA Part 145, PERAM 145, EASA Part 147, PERAM 147 and ATO • To prepare standard practices and procedures (MOE, MOM, MTOE, MOFM and ATO manuals, including the associated procedure(s) in use within the Organization and to ensure their adequacy, regarding these regulations and their amendments • To manage with the Authority MOE, MOM, MTOE, MOFM and ATO manuals and any associated amendments • To ensure the follow up and closure of any non-conformances identified. To coordinate, request, monitor and validate the corrective action plans or plans for improvement • To ensure the follow up and closure of any complain identified. To coordinate, request, monitor and validate the corrective action plans or plans for improvement • To issue /renew/cancel support & certifying staff’s authorizations and have the EASA Part 66, CAA Part 66 and PERAM 66 licenses of AHE technicians arranged by the Authority • To guarantee the relationships with local Spanish-NQAR (S-NQAR) in the frame of the S&S military contracts • To participate, on request, in any AH/AHD/AHE Quality Assurance Plan setting-up on the AHE side. • To review Quality Plans for the S&S contracts. • To train people in applicable regulations, procedures, etc • To Issue the Certificates of Conformity where it is guaranteed that the contract is fulfilled Key Competencies Manage authorities & customer relations Use technical documentation Knowledge of Military aviation legislation Knowledge of EASA Part 145/147/66/M regulation Knowledge of PERAM 145/147/66/M regulation Knowledge of CAA Part 145//66/M regulation Knowledge of ISO9001/EN9100/AQAP2110 Soft skills · Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment, · Open minded and teamwork skills. · Dedication to represent “quality” as ultimate requirement in aeronautical industry · Leadership skills to create a “Quality oriented team” · Autonomy and rigor to apply and follow standards, regulations and laws, · Capacity to anticipate risks and difficulties, · Capacity to analyze problems and to propose solutions in a synthetic way · Good communication skills.
