We are looking to strengthen our team with a Software Operations & Maintenance Lead , responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, stability and continuous improvement of key software systems in mission‑critical environments. 💡 What will you do? - Supervise the day‑to‑day operation of software systems to ensure availability, performance, and correct functionality. - Perform corrective and preventive maintenance , detecting issues, analysing root causes, and anticipating potential failures. - Manage and implement updates, patches and enhancements , guaranteeing minimal service impact. - Handle, analyse and resolve user‑reported incidents , coordinating and escalating when necessary. - Monitor systems using tools such as Zabbix, OpenSearch or Dynatrace to detect anomalies and prevent service degradation. - Optimize application and database performance (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL). - Drive operational improvements and automate recurring maintenance tasks (CI/CD, scripting, etc.). - Track and report operational KPIs , ensuring compliance with SLAs . - Collaborate within Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and participate in full software lifecycle processes. 🎯 What are we looking for?
