Role Mission - Create and enhance features that have a direct impact on our products and end users. - Ensure software quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to development best practices. - Solve technical challenges and continuously optimize existing applications. - Collaborate with Product, Business, and Technology teams in an Agile environment. - Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, contributing ideas and continuous improvements to project delivery. - Document solutions and share knowledge to foster team learning and technical excellence. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, tools, and technology products. - Bachelor’s Degree, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. - At least 1-2 years of experience in software development using Java (Mandatory). - B2 level of English or higher, with the ability to work effectively in an international professional environment. - Knowledge of Backend application development. - Experience performing unit and integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working in collaborative development environments. - Experience using project management tools such as Jira. - Knowledge of version control systems such as Git and Bitbucket. - Experience with, or interest in, continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins. - Knowledge of artifact repository management tools such as Artifactory. - Experience with C++ development is considered a plus. - Knowledge of tools such as Jama and LSQM is considered a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. - Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-driven approach. - Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in Agile and multidisciplinary teams. - Commitment to building high-quality software solutions, with Agile/Scrum certifications considered a plus.
