What you’ll do - Own and grow a portfolio of high-impact Global accounts, building trusted, long-term relationships with executive stakeholders, including C-level leaders and decision-makers. - Develop and execute tailored strategic plans that drive measurable growth, including launching new locations, expanding into innovative models, and increasing same-store sales through high-quality promotions and data-backed menu improvements. - Lead commercial negotiations and business reviews, influencing partners to adopt Uber’s suite of products and invest in strategic levers such as sponsored listings, advertising, and loyalty initiatives. - Act as a strategic advisor, aligning partners’ business goals with Uber Eats’ capabilities to maximize shared value and long-term success. - Leverage insights and analytics to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and prioritize initiatives with the highest ROI. - Work cross-functionally with local and global teams to deliver a world-class partner experience, solve operational challenges, and scale best practices across the market. - Champion Uber Eats’ brand, vision, and product innovation with external partners and internal stakeholders alike.
