Senior Solution Architect - Healthcare & Life Sciences (SAFe)

Job Description We are looking for a Senior Lead Solution Architect to define and drive scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions for global Healthcare & Life Sciences organizations. You will provide architectural leadership across complex initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, Enterprise and System Architects, engineering teams, and external partners. Responsibilities - Define and drive the architectural vision and target-state solution architecture across complex business initiatives. - Collaborate closely with Solution Management and business stakeholders to design solutions that meet customer and organizational needs. - Work with System Architects, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and suppliers to elaborate solution designs and validate architectural decisions. - Design and maintain the Architectural Runway to enable predictable and scalable delivery. - Define and govern solution context, interfaces, integrations, APIs, deployment models, and non-functional requirements. - Align architecture decisions across multiple teams and programs to reduce complexity and encourage reuse. - Evaluate emerging technologies and implementation alternatives to support strategic business goals. - Lead architecture workshops and design sessions with technical and business stakeholders. - Support Program Increment (PI) Planning, Solution Demos, Inspect & Adapt sessions, and other SAFe ceremonies. - Enable and improve Continuous Delivery Pipelines (CI/CD) by promoting modern engineering and DevOps practices. - Ensure compliance with security, quality, regulatory, and data governance requirements. - Collaborate with Enterprise Architects on architectural enablers and long-term technology roadmaps. - Drive architecture decisions related to cloud platforms, integrations, data management, automation, and analytics. - Manage and align external suppliers and partners contributing to the overall solution. - Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the solution lifecycle Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or similar senior architectural roles. - Experience working within SAFe environments , supporting Solution Trains and Agile Release Trains (ARTs). - Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF , API Architecture, SOA, and modern integration patterns. - Hands-on experience designing solutions in cloud environments, preferably AWS . - Strong understanding of: - Cloud Architecture - APIs and Integration Platforms - Microservices Architecture - CI/CD and DevOps practices - Data Governance and Data Protection - Security Architecture - Experience working in highly regulated industries, ideally Healthcare, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or Pharma . - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills. - Experience working with globally distributed teams and complex enterprise environments. - Ability to balance business needs, technical feasibility, compliance requirements, and long-term sustainability - Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) Additional Information - Great team and exciting work: Be part of a supportive team and work on meaningful projects. - Remote-friendly: Work from home or come to our modern offices—your choice. - Modern tools: We provide the latest tech to help you do your best work. - Employee ownership: Take part in our program that lets you share in the company’s success. - Career growth: Opportunities to grow and get promoted within the company. - Flexible benefits: Choose the perks that suit you best with our flexible pay system.
