Senior QA Engineer | Barcelona

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to establish and lead quality assurance across a large and growing web platform. This is a critical role responsible for introducing structure, consistency, and confidence into the release process. Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance: - Define and implement QA processes and standards - Perform manual testing across multiple websites and applications - Own regression testing for releases, migrations, and new features - Act as the quality gate before production releases Automation & Improvement: - Define and begin implementing a test automation strategy - Select tools and identify areas suitable for automation - Collaborate with developers and DevOps to improve quality practices - Mentor junior QA engineers as the team grows Qualifications: - 5+ years of QA experience, primarily web-focused - Strong background in manual testing - Experience setting up QA processes from scratch - Familiarity with modern web stacks and CMS platforms - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to have: - Automation experience (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, etc.) - Experience with accessibility or performance testing - Previous lead or senior QA role By applying, I confirm I have read and accepted TransPerfect's Privacy Policy: https://www.transperfect.com/about/data-privacy-recruiting
