Job Description & Summary Una carrera en nuestra práctica de Corporate Tax Reporting, dentro de los servicios de Corporate Tax, te brindará la oportunidad de ayudar a nuestros clientes a cumplir con sus obligaciones fiscales y manejar el impacto que el impuesto tiene en su negocio. Informarás a los clientes sobre los sus asuntos fiscales extranjeros y locales, mientras que actúas como consultor de las estrategias relacionadas con el análisis comercial, la administración de capital de trabajo, y el reparto de utilidades entre los socios. También ayudarás a las organizaciones a comprender las implicaciones de la fijación de precios de bienes y servicios entre las partes relacionadas, así como brindar asesoría sobre las consecuencias fiscales de las ofertas. Nuestro equipo ayuda a nuestros clientes a aprovechar el cosourcing y el outsourcing como un componente crítico en la estrategia de la función tributaria para alinear de mejor forma las inversiones de la función tributaria y el uso del talento con los objetivos de la organización. Te concentrarás en coordinar todas las actividades de cumplimiento fiscal relacionadas con los impuestos directos e indirectos, contabilidad fiscal, y la preparación de estados financieros reglamentarios para ayudar a nuestros clientes a crear un enfoque global e integrado de servicios de cumplimiento.
