Senior Affiliate Manager

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a rapidly scaling consumer AI company with 50M+ users that is seeking to onboard a Senior Affiliate Manager to join its Growth team. The role will own and develop affiliate relationships, recruit new partners and drive profitable acquisition through data-led optimisation of affiliate performance. Position: Senior Affiliate Manager Location: Remote (Europe/Asia) Employment type: B2B engagement preferred DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage and grow existing affiliate relationships - Recruit and develop new affiliates and business partners - Monitor traffic, conversions, ROI, affiliate performance and campaign results - Analyse affiliate-level profitability and funnel performance - Optimise campaigns to improve commercial performance and conversion rates - Continuously improve affiliate processes and communication - Monitor and respond to changes in traffic and conversion performance - Support the scaling of the affiliate programme through data-driven decisions - Identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency across relevant channels REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or affiliate management - Fluent in English, both written and spoken - Proven experience managing and growing affiliate partnerships - Experience identifying and recruiting new affiliates and affiliate profitability - Experience with affiliate tracking and reporting platforms - Understanding of affiliate marketing, media buying, paid social, SEO and performance marketing - Strong commercial mindset and focus on performance - Hands-on and proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership - Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and reprioritise quickly - Fully comfortable advertising and working with uncensored / NSFW products and content BENEFITS: - Competitive salary package - Fully remote working opportunity - B2B contract - High-growth AI environment - And many more!!!
