Since October 2025 , Quipu has been part of TeamSystem , a leading international business software group, enabling us to continue innovating and scale our product with a long-term vision. 🚀 Your Mission We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer (Ruby on Rails) to help us continue evolving our SaaS product. You will join a highly skilled Product and Technology team, actively contributing to the development of new features and the continuous improvement of a platform used by thousands of customers every day. Your work will have a direct impact on the quality, scalability, and future evolution of the product. 🛠️ Technology Stack Backend - Ruby on Rails - Elasticsearch - Sidekiq - Redis - MySQL - REST APIs Frontend - JavaScript (ES6+) - React - React Native Infrastructure - AWS - Nginx - Capistrano - Ansible - Terraform 📌 What Will You Do? - Improve and maintain the existing SaaS product while developing valuable new features. - Build backend solutions using Ruby on Rails and related technologies. - Participate in the full Agile development lifecycle, including refinement, estimation, technical analysis, and delivery. - Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and the development team. - Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. - Contribute your expertise to discuss and define technical approaches and solutions. - Take ownership of your developments end-to-end, ensuring quality standards and best practices are followed. ✅ What We’re Looking For - Strong experience as a Backend Developer with Ruby on Rails. - Solid understanding of designing and consuming REST APIs. - Focus on code quality, testing, and software development best practices. - Ability to work independently and propose efficient solutions. - Collaborative, humble, and team-oriented mindset. - Advanced level of English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
