The Role: - Play a key role in shaping the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team. - Analyze commercial results and identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for growth. - Partner closely with Business Development leadership and cross-functional teams to define action plans. - Support strategic planning and forecasting to ensure business targets are achieved. - Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, driving initiatives that enhance revenue growth. - Gain high exposure across the organization, collaborating directly with executives and commercial leadership. - Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and guide strategic decision-making.
