Reddit Content Manager

Foundation is an AI visibility marketing agency that drives pipeline growth for mid-market and enterprise B2B tech and SaaS companies. We help our clients generate pipeline through content engineered to distribute across LLMs, search, social, communities like Reddit, and every channel their buyers actually use. Mission of this Role The Reddit Content Manager sits between client accounts and the writers doing the work. You keep every account staffed, hold the quality line on what ships, and grow the writers on your team. You own content quality across your accounts, and you are the last read before work reaches a client. You will make staffing calls without full information, back your team when the work gets questioned, and make your writers better rather than doing it for them. Key Responsibilities Own Resourcing Across Your Accounts - Assign writers to accounts on capacity and client fit - Track writer activity and quality, and get ahead of situations where they’re over capacity - Plan coverage for writer time off and unexpected gaps - Bring in freelance help when the team lacks the range Hold the Quality Line - Regularly review writer work for quality, train writers on how to meet client and editorial expectations for written work - Keep voice and persona consistent on branded Reddit accounts - Fix briefs and guidance so the same note isn't given twice Lead and Develop Your Writers - Manage 3-5 writers and keep them in a growth mindset - Run regular 1:1s and create development plans for each direct report - Coach on editorial judgment and voice - Hire and onboard new writers - Raise performance problems early, with a plan for how to improve things Support Accounts and New Business - Scope our writing capacity against client deliverable targets - Join client calls to report on content performance and writing strategy - Track what's working across accounts as Reddit and AI search shift You Might Be a Fit If You... - Can rewrite a weak draft and coach a writer through what makes it better - Know when to hold your position on important creative recommendations - Want to build writers, not just hand out work - Use AI tools in your workflow without letting them write the copy Required Experience - 4+ years in content or editorial, including 1 year managing people - Strong editing across formats - Experience staffing people across several client accounts at once - Know Reddit well, including how communities react to brands - Bonus if you’ve run a business’s Reddit account and built your own subreddit - Know what GEO is and how content earns citations in AI answers - Fast in ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace Metrics / KPIs - Delivery: Writers send in their drafts on time - Quality: Drafts don’t get sent back for a second round of revisions, and the same feedback doesn’t keep coming back again - Capacity: You can resource your team to capacity, while considering future accounts How to apply - Fill in the Culture Index survey: https://go.cultureindex.com/p/GdD84Fw5yv - Apply through the application form.
