Product Engineer (all genders)

Your career in a new light. We are looking for a dedicated Product Engineer (all genders) to join our team in Barcelona. Your job - Development and construction of new lighting systems by using 2D and 3D design programs - Detailed engineering of luminaires up to the final transmission into serial manufacturing - Creation of construction drawings, parts lists and working schedules - Answering technical questions of other departments such as production and final assembly - Supporting the production of prototypes, the preparation of assembly instructions as well as product documentations Qualifications and skills - Successfully completed (higher) technical education in the field of Product Engineering - min. 2 years work experience in a similar position in mechanical engineering - Good knowledge of 3D-CAD design programs, Solid Edge will be a bonus - Knowledge of design for manufacturing of different procceses such as plastic injection, die-casting, machining, 3D printing, sheet metal etc. - Good knowledge of English and Spanish - Creative in and passionate about solving technical problems - Enthusiastic about architecture, design and lighting technique - Self-motivated and able to work independently Please note that we can only accept applications written in English.
