Descripción de puesto: An opportunity for a Process Engineer has arisen within Airbus Operations , Illescas (Toledo) . The selected candidate will join the Work Preparation department, which provides essential support to production by ensuring process maintenance and optimization. Our team collaborates across multifunctional teams, contributing t o the success of key projects such as S19 A350, HTP S.A, and 330. RESPONSIBILITIES - Optimize existing processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including the preparation of Practical Problem Solving (PPS), Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs), and line balancing for ramp-up . - Implement new manufacturing tools and technologies as part of the new media industrialization effort . - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for both products and processes . We are looking forward to knowing you : - Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline . - Experience: At least 5 years in Manufacturing or Engineering . - Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, in changing business environments, and in networking situations; high degree of autonomy, proactivity, and accountability . - Languages: Advanced level in English . - Technical knowledge: Line balancing calculations, composite materials experience, and advanced CATIA skills . - Valuable / Nice to have: A master’s degree in a relevant field will be valued .
