Manufacturing Engineering Combat (EFA RHW)

Descripción de puesto: An opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer in area of Eurofighter RHW (Combat Spain) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, to be based in Getafe (Madrid). RESPONSIBILITIES - Perform and update documentation and technical instruction according to design changes, improvements, process modification, implementation of innovation solutions, 3D Work Orders... - Provide shop floor support in order to solve issues during manufacturing processes. - Work with the Material Review Board (MRB). Disposition to defects, HNCs, Waivers... - Co-design with design office, in order to improve and approve new designs, MCA, RFA... - To be part of multi functional team, to solve all issues come up in manufacturing line. - Manufacturing structure and process, associated domunentation (work order, technical instruction, job card…), updated process. - Manufacturing feedback (OSF, KAIZEN, Practical Problem Solving). - Create and develop competitive and mature technologies in support of new needs. - Assess and adapt new technologies to cover the needs and requirements of the business lines. - Product configuration awareness. - Future business requirements. - New manufacturing process based on new technology solution. We are looking forward to know you: - Education: Aeronautical Engineering degree or a related discipline. - Experience: At least 3-5 years in Manufacturing, Engineering or Design - Soft skills : High adaptability to work on new topics, teamwork, proactive, innovative, looking for continous improvement... - Languages: Advanced level in English. - Technical knowledge : CATIA, Sipla, SAP, MEP, DBC, DMU4D, 3DAV... - Valuable / Nice to have: experience in Airbus, in Air Power Operations (TAO) or Comercial Aircraft Operations.
