Your mission You will play a key role in TeamSystem Group's international expansion through acquisitions. You will work on M&A deals from start to finish, side by side with the Group's Corporate Development team. Your day-to-day will combine analysis —from screening target companies to financial modeling and valuation— with execution: coordinating due diligence, preparing the materials senior management uses to make decisions, and guiding deals through to closing and integration. We are not looking for a purely analytical or purely transactional profile: we are looking for someone who can build a model with rigor and, at the same time, defend their conclusions before an Executive Committee and keep external advisors and international teams moving toward closing. Your responsibilities - Identify and analyze target companies: screening, market and competitor analysis to feed the Group's deal pipeline. - Build and maintain financial and valuation models (DCF, multiples, precedent transactions) that support decision-making. - Prepare decision-making materials: investment memos, business cases and presentations for the Executive Committee. - Coordinate due diligence processes —financial, legal, tax and technology— with external advisors, ensuring timelines and quality. - Guide deal negotiation and structuring through to closing. - Drive post-acquisition integration and track the performance of acquired companies. - Act as a link with the Group's international teams, especially in Italy, at every stage of the deals. The profile we are looking for We are looking for an analytical, rigorous person with strong influencing skills: someone who is just as comfortable reviewing a valuation model in detail as presenting an investment recommendation to the Group's senior management. Experience: 4-5 years in M&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Private Equity or Corporate Development roles, with direct involvement in valuation and due diligence processes. Hard skills - University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or similar. - Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (DCF, multiples, precedent transactions), and confidence with PowerPoint. - Proven experience in company valuation and due diligence processes. - English C1: you will work every day with colleagues and advisors from different countries. - Availability to travel. Soft skills - Analytical rigor: able to work with complex data without losing sight of the business conclusions. - Communication and influence with senior stakeholders: able to defend a recommendation before senior management and external advisors. - Autonomy and a problem-solving mindset: you take the initiative to keep a deal moving. - Resilience and the ability to manage several deals at once under tight deadlines. - Pragmatism and teamwork in international, multicultural environments. We also value - A Master's in Finance or an MBA. - Experience in the technology or SaaS sector. - Italian. What we offer - Permanent, full-time contract. - Hybrid work model (2-3 days in the office). - A role with direct visibility to the Group's senior management and real involvement in international M&A deals. - Joining a growing team within a European technology group with an international presence. - Continuous training and professional development.
