Lo que hará Join Our Team Are you organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building your career in logistics and operations? We’re looking for a Junior Logistics & Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day warehouse, transportation, and fleet activities that help keep products moving accurately and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience in supply chain, distribution, warehouse operations, and transportation support while working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do In this role, you will help ensure smooth operational flow by supporting warehouse and transportation processes, maintaining accurate records, and tracking day-to-day logistics activity. Responsibilities include: - Verifying transportation, receiving, storage, and shipping information to support accurate product movement - Updating warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, shipment status updates, and operational records - Monitoring fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to help keep operations on schedule - Preparing dispatch, shipping, receiving, and other logistics documentation - Reviewing routine issues such as delivery exceptions, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability, and escalating when needed - Supporting proper handling, storage, and movement processes to maintain product traceability and prevent loss - Collaborating with internal teams and external contacts to ensure timely and accurate operational communication - Assisting with process improvements and system updates within established procedures . What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is proactive, reliable, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate enjoys working with processes, data accuracy, and operational coordination. Required Qualifications - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience - 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, shipping/receiving, distribution operations, inventory control, material handling, or a related area - Basic understanding of warehouse and logistics operations - Experience working with operational systems or tracking tools - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records - Good communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders - Ability to follow established procedures and manage routine operational tasks effectively Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting fleet operations or transportation processes - Familiarity with logistics documentation and transaction controls - Exposure to warehouse and transportation systems - CSCP or similar supply chain certification is a plus What Will Help You Succeed - Strong organizational and time management skills - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and escalate issues appropriately - Comfort working in a structured, process-driven environment - Willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives - Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy Why This Role Might Be a Great Fit This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow their career in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or transportation coordination .
