IT Technical Specialist - Madrid, Spain

💼 IT Specialist (Systems & Network) 📍 Alcobendas (On-site) | 🕐 Full-time 🚀 What will you do? You’ll be part of the team ensuring that the company’s IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. This is not just a basic support role — you’ll have real impact on daily operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing technical support to internal users (hardware, software, network) - Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, servers, and network systems - Troubleshooting incidents and resolving technical issues end-to-end - Managing network infrastructure (routers, switches, connectivity) - Installing and maintaining business applications (Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM) - Managing IT inventory and software licenses - Supporting backup systems and data integrity - Maintaining technical documentation (systems, configurations, incidents) 🧠 What we’re looking for - Degree or vocational training in IT (or equivalent experience) - Previous experience in IT support / systems / networking roles - Solid knowledge of: - Windows environments - Network troubleshooting - Hardware and system configuration - Professional level of Spanish and English, desirable Russian and/or Armenian 🌟 What we offer - Stable full-time position - Real exposure to IT infrastructure and systems - Collaborative and supportive team - Opportunity to grow technically ⚠️ Requirements - Based in Madrid or available to work on-site - Legal authorization to work in Spain - Commitment to confidentiality and best practices
