IT Project Manager must be capable of providing sound judgment in strategic decision-making. What will your challenges be? - Project Lifecycle Management: Analyze, plan, and define requirements for IT projects, ensuring compliance with high-quality standards. - Financial Control: Rigorous management and control of assigned project budgets, ensuring resource optimization and the achievement of financial goals. - Leadership & People Management: Lead technical teams with strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration, resolving conflicts, and ensuring the team is aligned with business objectives. - Informed Decision-Making: Evaluate complex scenarios and provide solid criteria based on data and experience to unblock projects and propose effective solutions. - Strategic Adaptability: Ability to pivot and switch focus agilely when business strategy or company priorities shift, maintaining operational efficiency. - Partner Management: Act as a strategic liaison with external technology partners, overseeing the development of key business applications. - Gap Detection: Proactively identify opportunities for technological improvement across corporate and business areas. Are you the one we are waiting for? - Experience: 3+ years in IT project management, preferably in fast-changing or dynamic environments. - Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple workflows in a structured and methodical manner. - Languages: English level B2 (Upper-Intermediate). - Hard Skills: Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, or Agile frameworks like Scrum/Kanban). - Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent people skills, negotiation capabilities, and experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
