Inside Sales - French market

As a Inside Sales, you will: - Your day-to-day: • Handle and qualify inbound requests from German-speaking prospects and clients • Present our products and solutions, understanding each client's needs • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients • Track your pipeline and activity through CRM (Salesforce) • Collaborate with procurement, customer experience, and marketing to ensure an excellent client experience • Once inbound flow is under control, dedicate part of your time to outbound prospecting to further grow the DACH market You will perform if you have the following: - +2 years of relevant experience in sales, account management or customer relationship management, preferably in an e-commerce setting. - Native/fluent in French and high level of English (both written and spoken).
