Descripción del empleo We are looking for a detail-oriented Innovation Project Coordinator to manage resources and facilitate the successful execution of internal and external development projects. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate internal and external R&D development projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation - Monitor and track relevant R&D funding calls and opportunities - Liaise with internal product managers to gather innovation needs and support initiative proposals - Prepare and compile proposals for relevant administrations - Coordinate project activities and facilitate internal resource allocation - Manage relationships with external partners, coordinate task distribution, and track project progress - Support performance evaluation of internal and external stakeholders - Participate in and facilitate internal, external, and international meetings Requisitos Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Organization Engineering, or related field - Master's degree in Project Management is a plus Languages: - Fluent English (essential) Profile: - Strong communication and coordination skills - Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail - Effective team player with collaborative approach - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate resources efficiently - Availability and willingness to travel Información adicional Applus IDIADA is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion .
