We are looking for a motivated and versatile candidate to support HRBPs in their daily activities and projects. RESPONSIBILITIES : - Support HR Administrative Processes in close link with HRBPs. - Accompany On Boarding & Off Boarding activities. - Analyse HR Data & create HR metrics & reports to follow up Team & HR Performance. - Accompany the team project leaders in the deployment of theirs activities - Support the organisation/facilitation of events. - Contribute to the standarisation and harmonisation of activities & answers to managers and employees across the different functions. - Keep documentation updated. SKILLS Is your profile aligned to the following list of skills? Apply! We are looking forward to know you: - Education: Human Resources, Law, Business Administration and Others are as well welcome since you are motivated for the role. - Experience: From 1 to 3 years in HR topics. - Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics; capacity to organize oneself and deliver on time; ability to work on several different tasks/topics in parallel; high team spirit. - Languages: Advanced level in English.
