We are looking for a HR professional with 2-4 years of experience whom value collaboration, knowledge sharing, appreciate transparency and working on a diverse international company. How you will make an impact - Support Project Team on HRBP´s activities. - Support the staffing processes including workforce planning & creation of job profiles. - Work with both operational and strategic tasks with focus on culture, people and organization - Understands business needs and provides support and suggestions when applying HR policies and processes. - Proactively support & suggest management on General HR topics - Consultancy firms experience will be valuable Your background - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. - Between 2-4 years proven experience in HR Projects / HR Business Partner/ Talent Partner preferably within the power and energy industry, or another international company with a complex matrix organization - Knowledge of HR principles and practices - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights. - Communication and interpersonal skills - Spanish and English fluent (Speaking and Writing) - Strong Excel & Word skills
