La posición As a business product owner, you will work within an agile team, contributing to the creation and delivery of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products and solutions that fulfill customer needs. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and user requirements throughout the product development lifecycle. What You Bring to the Table You aren’t just a backlog manager; you are the strategic bridge between digital learning innovation and business value. You understand that a great learning experience isn't just about pushing content—it’s about engagement, seamless architecture, and driving a clear return on investment. To thrive in this role, you should bring a mix of the following skills, mindsets, and experiences: The Digital Learning Acumen - EdTech Ecosystem Savvy: Solid grasp of modern learning ecosystems (LMS/LXP, content authoring, resource management) and how to integrate them. - Vendor Fluency - B2B / External Mindset: Understands the high level of polish, security, and value required when building platforms for external customers vs. internal training. Business & Product Strategy - ROI & Value-Driven: Translates feature requests into hard metrics and business cases, ruthlessly prioritizing the backlog based on data and clear ROI. - Data & Architecture Thinking: Partners with IT architects to ensure seamless, scalable, and simple end-to-end learning data flows. Collaboration & Agile Leadership - Agile Execution: Collaborates closely with Dev, UX, and QA teams to translate a broad business vision into crisp, actionable user stories. - Stakeholder Diplomacy: A master communicator who aligns senior leadership, business process owners, and diverse teams with clarity and empathy. - Continuous Improvement: Monitors support data, user feedback, and SLAs to ensure the platform constantly evolves post-launch. Additional Tasks: - Demonstrate the We@RD dimensions and help evolve the function's cultural beliefs and bring We@Roche Diagnostics to life as part of the TransformD journey. The dimensions are: - We are passionate about our customers and patients - We radically simplify - We trust, collaborate & have fun - We ALL lead - We experiment & learn Who are you? - Experience: 3-5+ years as an Agile Product Owner or Product Manager. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; Agile certifications (CSPO/PSPO) preferred. - Ecosystems: Strong grasp of learning ecosystems (LMS/LXP). - B2B / External Focus: Proven track record managing digital platforms for external clients or commercial customers (not just internal HR training). - Business Acumen: Ability to build data-driven business cases, define KPIs, and ruthlessly prioritize backlogs based on ROI. - Technical Literacy: Comfortable partnering with IT architects on data flows, platform integrations, and system scalability. - Roche Culture Fit (We@RD): Demonstrates a mindset for radical simplification, data-driven experimentation, and leading without direct authority.
