German-Speaking Inside Sales Representative – No Sales Experience Required

Barcelona | Hybrid – 2 days remote per week Base salary + uncapped commission | €40,000 OTE Are you a native or fluent German speaker looking to start or develop your career in sales? We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused German speaker with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in developing a career in sales. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not essential . Experience in customer service, account management, retail, recruitment, e-commerce or other customer-facing environments can also be highly relevant.
