ACCIONA en su negocio de Concesiones precisa incorporar en su equipo de Desarrollo de Negocio de Proyectos de Líneas de Transmisión una persona para prestar apoyo en proyectos nacionales e internacionales, vinculados al sector de las infraestructuras bajo regímenes público-privados (PPP). Job Description Mission - Coordinate the preparation of competitive bids for tender transmission processes, ensuring that each meets the established formal and strategic requirements. - Manage the work of multiple internal areas and external partners to integrate the technical, financial and legal components of the proposal. - Maintain strict control over the bid schedule and budget, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the process. - Act as the operational liaison with the contracting authority, managing inquiries, clarifications and presentations. Responsibilities - Plan and manage the bid plan, setting schedules, responsibilities and deliverables for each phase of the tender. - Coordinate the various areas involved (technical, O&M, environmental, social, land financial, legal, ESG), ensuring content is coherently integrated into the bid. - Review tender documentation and develop the compliance checklist, ensuring all formal and technical requirements are met. - Establish partnerships. - Coordinate with partners and contractors on the delivery of information and documentation, verifying quality and consistency. - Control the bid preparation budget, optimizing resource use and approving extraordinary expenses when necessary. - Supervise the preparation of RFIs/Q&A to the contracting authority, consolidating questions and managing official responses. - Validate key technical, social, land, environmental and financial sections of the proposal, ensuring alignment with the bid strategy. - Manage the schedule of presentations and defenses before the contracting authority, coordinating material preparation and speaker training. - Identify and mitigate risks during the tender process, such as changes in requirements, competition, or deadlines. - Participate in post-tender evaluations, documenting lessons learned and improvement opportunities for future bids. Required Skills and Competencies Education: Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration; master’s degree desirable. Experience: Between 10 and 20 years in managing concession or infrastructure tenders. Skills: Team coordination, project management, executive communication. Specific knowledge: Public procurement processes, Transmission development, bid structuring, tender budget control. Languages: English C1.
