Finance Internship - Accounts payable & Accounts receivable

Our finance team is growing, and we are currently looking for an intern to help in the accounts payable & receivable area. What will you do? - Conciliation of bank movements with open transactions in ERP. - Accounting of supplier invoices in ERP - OPEX and CAPEX. - Participates in Treasury Committee process, suporting subsidiaries. - Prepares receipt and reconciliation of customer invoices and receipts - Participate in refunds to customers process - Supports in cash reconciliation from the Cooltra shops. - Management of bank remittances and bank rejections. - Collaborates on administrative management of bank accounts. Requirements: - Mandatory: ability to sign an internship agreement with an University or Business school for a minimum period of 4 months and 40 hours per week. - Education: studies related to accounting and finance (Higher Degree or University Education). - Residence in Barcelona or surrounding areas. - Mandatory: advanced level of Spanish and advanced level of English.
