Descripción de puesto: A position of EEE Parts Project Engineer is now open at Airbus CRISA (Airbus Defense & Space) in Tres Cantos (Madrid area). The candidate will join EEE Project Support Team in EEE Parts, Materials and Processes Quality Assurance Department in Airbus CRISA (Airbus Defense & Space) in Tres Cantos (Madrid area) working on the different Space business: Launchers, Earth Exploration (Copernicus), Space Exploration (Artemis), Commercial (Telecommunications Satellites). Functionally, the candidate is also part of the Project Core Team, with the main mission of being the main technical interface between Project Core Team and EEE Parts, Materials and Processes Team (EEE Parts, Applications, radiation, printed circuit board, materials and processes engineering). The candidate’s tasks comprise the complete development of an electronic equipment: from the proposal phase to the final delivery of the flight model once accepted. Tasks & accountabilities - Acts as the responsible interface between EEE, materials and processes team and our internal customers (programmes, operations, design engineering, procurement, quality and sales) and partners (in Airbus Crisa and Airbus Space Products organization). - Accountable in front of internal customer for selection, demand management (OQOTOC) and usage support of Electronic parts. This activity includes technical/quality support to end-customer (Space Agencies and private companies). - This role involves discussions on technical and EEE design topics, product assurance and quality issues as well as technical support to procurement functions (project supply manager, commodities and supply quality). - Accountable for EEE at Airbus Crisa for procurement support and validation i.a.w. program requirements, including technical/quality support to Airbus Crisa equipment, as well as to lower tier suppliers for sub-assembly procurement. - Accountable on E2E process (from bid process to project delivery (and after in case of NCRs)) of quality support for all EEE related topics at all levels (parts manufacturers, test houses and equipment suppliers) - Accountable of risks and opportunities management for EEE Parts Education and experience requirements - Engineering or physics degree - A specific focus and experience in the area of active and passives components - Knowledge and experience within space programs as well as the EEE space standardization systems (MIL, ESCC). - Good knowledge of EEE device physics, construction, and functionality together with knowledge on failure modes related to passive, active and optoelectronics components - English and Spanish must be negotiation level Soft skills set requirements - High competence in team work, cooperation as well as negotiating skills - Act in a transnational way, covering interest from all sites - Customer-oriented mindset - High entitlements to quality schedule and costs - Digitalization mindset - To work autonomously and cooperatively with a proactive attitude solving problems Feel like you can't tick some boxes above?
