Where You'll Make a Difference - Develop and enhance forecasting, predictive analytics, and decision-support solutions that improve planning performance and business outcomes. - Analyze demand patterns, seasonality, market trends, and key business drivers to generate actionable insights. - Drive forecast accuracy improvements by identifying sources of bias and recommending process enhancements. - Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, key performance indicators, and analytical tools that support data-driven decision making. - Partner with Demand Planning, Commercial, Supply Planning, Information Technology, and external stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical solutions. - Prepare, validate, and analyze large, complex datasets to support forecasting, scenario planning, and performance management activities. - Develop, test, deploy, and maintain statistical and machine learning models that address business needs and improve planning capabilities. - Support end-to-end project delivery, including discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, adoption, and knowledge transfer. - Evaluate emerging technologies, analytical methodologies, and automation opportunities that can drive continuous improvement and long-term business value. What Makes You the Right Fit - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, or a related discipline. - Proven experience delivering analytical solutions that generate measurable business value. - Strong understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting methodologies, and predictive modeling techniques. - Experience developing and implementing machine learning models in a business environment. - Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis, modeling, and automation. - Strong knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), data management, and data preparation practices. - Experience using data visualization and reporting tools to communicate insights effectively. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
