Job Description - Enter and accurately process customer orders through the relevant systems. - Provide timely updates and confirmation to customers regarding their orders. - Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and back-office teams to resolve any issues. - Monitor order status and manage pending orders effectively. - Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
