In this role, you'll - Translate signed contracts, amendments, and addenda into SAP systems. - Prepare and validate billing data to support accurate invoicing cycles. - Execute manual billing operations and month-end closing processes. - Support reconciliations, accruals, and VAT-related reporting. - Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives. - Collaborate with Account Management, Billing, Accounting, and Regional Finance teams across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. - Ensure financial controls are maintained with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement. About the ideal candidate - Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. - Approximately 3–5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in order-to-cash, billing, invoicing, or contract fulfillment. - Proficient in Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and Microsoft Office. - SAP experience is advantageous but not mandatory – we provide learning support. - Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize under deadlines. - Demonstrated attention to detail and accountability balanced with collaboration. - Curious, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to process improvements. - Proficient in English (professional proficiency required) and comfortable working in an international environment.
