This assignment is limited till 31st December 2029. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic change management professional to join our MEU Transformation & Strategy Team. As part of the MEU Transformation & Strategy Team, you are responsible for leading the change management agenda of strategic, transformational & cross functional projects throughout the entire change process. You will work directly with leaders across functions and geographies driving transformation in our organization by analyzing complex business changes and translating them into practical activities that ensure readiness and adoption. How you will contribute You will: - Act as a change partner and be accountable for change and communication of projects - Work directly with senior-level leaders across functions and geographies to identify and drive transformation in our organization - Set change strategies and create plans - Identify and assess the change impacts to the organization with a focus on end-to-end process efficiencies and improvement - Define, design and execute strategic change and transformation interventions that drive business performance, and which align to the strategic goals of the organization - Provide support to build individual and organization change capability in initiative teams and with stakeholders and influence through ongoing partnership, active coaching and appropriate role delineation - Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: - 5+ years experience managing complex change, communication and training initiatives in a global corporate environment - 5+ years experience managing and influencing senior executive stakeholders - Good knowledge of change management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices - Training/instructional design experience - A passion for change, can drive big-picture thinking and not afraid to roll up your sleeves Más información sobre este puesto Qué debes saber acerca de esta posición: Qué ingredientes extra aportarás: Educación/ Titulaciones: Requisitos específicos del puesto: Requisitos asociados con el uesto de trabajo: Horario laboral: ¿Soporte de reubicación disponible?
