Descripción de puesto: A vacancy for a Buyer has arisen within Airbus Operations in Getafe (Madrid) RESPONSABILITIES Contribute to the sourcing activity, manage the tendering and the contract negotiation to achieve the best purchasing conditions in accordance within Company requirements (Internal - External) Monitor the contract (during innovation, development, serial and support phases) with suppliers and Company stakeholders to achieve through out the contract life cycle a complete application of terms and conditions to ensure suppliers deliver expected performance in all dimensions (Logistics, support, quality, cost...) Manage the day to day relationships with suppliers and running projects to optimize customer value, while minimizing total cost of ownership & risks Is part of the Multifunctional/Multidivisional teams all along the tendering, contracting and contract life cycle phases. Skills- Experience Given the scope of the position you will be able to work seamlessly with all levels of the business in Airbus Commercial. You will have the following attributes. - Experience in Procurement - Proven successful experience in teamwork in intercultural environment - Efficient project management - Effective negotiator with proven commercial and contractual background and legal awareness - Financial key indicators knowledge - Experience in delivering cost reduction initiatives - Ability to drive improvement & innovation to deliver concrete results - In depths know-how of the Aerostructure market and supplier strategies of his/her perimeter - Proven in communication, especially with suppliers’ representatives and internal stakeholders - Effective management of customer expectations and stakeholders - Negotiation level in English WHICH BENEFITS WILL YOU HAVE AS AIRBUS EMPLOYEE?
