How you’ll make an impact - Lead transformative innovation initiatives that spark creativity, intrapreneurship, and continuous improvement. - Shape and manage the Innovation Focus Area portfolio, including strategy, prioritization, and annual roadmaps. - Drive annual and multi‑year technology plans to ensure aligned, well‑resourced, and high‑quality execution. - Provide strategic direction and hands‑on leadership for global technology programs delivered on time and within budget. - Oversee resource and financial planning to ensure efficiency, transparency, and value creation. - Foster strong collaboration across global teams and stakeholders to remove barriers and enable seamless execution. - Build and manage partnerships with research institutions, industry bodies, and external collaborators. - Champion responsible innovation by promoting design thinking, emerging technologies, and robust governance standards. Your background - Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field. - 10+ years of experience in the transformers industry, including leadership in a global environment. - Demonstrated ability to translate market trends into strategic technology roadmaps. - Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a track record of driving measurable business impact. - Experience converting insights into validated innovation solutions, with excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities. - Proven expertise in project and portfolio management, budget management, and multi‑region collaboration.
