Armament Integration Engineer

Descripción de puesto: An opportunity for an Armament Integration Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). RESPONSIBILITIES - To define requirements for integration of Armament in Future Combat Air Systems (among other programs), at system, subsystem, or equipment level. - To define Armament Control and Carriage Systems Design Requirements - To perform Impact analysis for the integration of new Armament in a combat platform. - Preparation and assessment of the technical documentation for the integration of armament. - Generation of weapons to Aircraft Interface Control Document. - Preparation and assessment of Safety documentation. Generation of Preliminary Hazard Analysis - To identify the activities of the development life cycle that are necessary to develop a system/product and provide the level of confidence which is consistent with regulation and program requirements. - Support Low Observability activities related to weapons/Stores integration. - To define checkpoints and reviews with associated maturity expectation aligned with program phases and gates. SKILLS - Educated to Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline - Experience in Aircraft Systems Integration. - Experience in Armament carriage equipments integration will be a plus. - Languages: Advanced level in English. - Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode.
