Responsible for leading the technical change for one or multiple (commercial of the shelf) applications and accountable for the respective lifecycle management. PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES - IT Service Management : Understanding of IT service management principles, processes, and best practices (e.g., ITIL) - Technology Knowledge : Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, and applications, including hardware, software, and networking - Data Analysis : Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making and optimize IT services - Problem-Solving : Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues - Communication : Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and customers - Stakeholder Management : Ability to identify, analyze, and respond to stakeholder needs and expectations - Governance and Compliance : Knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies - Responsible for the technical change of the owned applications as part of the IT Solution Delivery - Accountable for operations including lifecycle and vulnerability management - Guidance of an agile team (or respective setup in classic delivery) and collaboration with Product Owners, Solution Architects and the delivery team. - Translation of business requirements into technical capabilities - Ensure the adherence of the application design with standards and guidelines of Architecture. In case of gaps, the Application Responsible identifies and mitigates risks - Supervise the software development and technical implementation of an application, ensures appropriate unit testing and decides with IT Service Owner on production readiness from IT perspective - Responsible for sizing of required development resources - Owns estimations and product offerings - Plan the release of the application in strong collaboration with the according Product Owner and IT Service Owner within the given Change and Release Management Framework - Provide 3rd level support within the support organization of incident & problem managemet YOUR PROFILE - Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field - Min. 5 years experience as Application Responsible, Technical Lead or Lead Developer - Deep hands-on understanding of modern business process & case management platform technologies and process management notation CMMN and BPMN - Proven experience as a Java developer, with at least 5 years of experience in enterprise-level application development. - Excellent understanding of software architecture, enterprise architecture and development processes - Strongly decisive and result-oriented person with effective and efficient working and communication style also under high pressure We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
