Descripción de puesto: An opportunity for an Airworthiness Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). The selected candidate will join the Eurofighter Airworthiness Team. RESPONSIBILITIES The main tasks of the jobholder will be: - Lead and conduct the Certification approvals of Airbus product and product changes with Primary Authority, and validation of these approval by importing countries Authorities. - Act as an interface to Airworthiness authorities for all aspects of Certification activities. - Perform certification approvals in accordance with Airbus Design Organization Approval (DOA) privileges. - Support acceptance of individual aircraft by customer and their local authorities. - Define and defend Airbus position within Stand. We are looking forward to know you: - Education: Bachelor’s degree on Engineering (Aerospace a plus) - Experience: At least 2-3 years. Previous working experience in Engineering and Airworthiness related matters. Experience with dealing with Airworthiness Authorities and/or customers. Past Technical Experience on one of the following areas: Powerplant; Communication Systems/Avionics; Airframe-Structure; General Systems (electrical, ECS, etc). - Soft skills : Empathic, positive and proactive attitude, problem solving and critical thinking. Curious (never stops learning), team player. Proactivity. - Languages: Advanced level of English and Spanish with oral fluency. - Technical knowledge : Microsoft Office and administration advanced skills. - Availability to travel.
