Advance Manufacturing Manager - Coil Specialized

Descripción del empleo Reporting to Cienega Plant Manager. The Manager of Advanced Engineering will be responsible for defining and executing the engineering strategy required to support plant growth, product transfers, capacity expansion, automation initiatives, and manufacturing excellence. This role serves as the bridge between Product Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and U.S. manufacturing teams to ensure a seamless transfer and sustainable operation of new products and processes.
