A400M Retrofit & MRO Sevilla Production Quality Aircraft Manager (Temp Agency)

Descripción de puesto: An opportunity within A400M Retrofit & MRO Production Quality team has arisen in Airbus DS in Seville (San Pablo), you will reinforce the TAOQSA3 department. RESPONSABILITIES: The jobholder will support in situ the reception, modification, testing and delivery phases of the Aircraft to secure the proper execution of the activities, attestation of the documentation, solving in situ the blocking issues, supporting the documentation delivery to customer and solving the questions that customer may arise. Morning/afternoon shifts rotation maybe need to provide this support. The jobholder will coordinate quality activities and resources to secure the On Quality, On Time and On Cost performance. These activities will be performed under PERAM 145 regulation for MRO bussiness. The jobholder will secure the adherence to the regulation requirements as well as the quality management system requirements, company standards and values. SKILLS: We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: · MRO regulations experience will be a plus. · High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a network mode. · Experience in managing people and conflicts. · Advanced level in English and Spanish · German or French would be an asset. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills. · Able to propose new ideas. · Experience in interacting with military or aviation authorities would be a plus WHICH BENEFITS WILL YOU HAVE AS AIRBUS EMPLOYEE?
